I keep hearing on the news, “It is not too late to get your flu shot. The worst of the flu season is still to come.” I am still cringing from all the flu fear mongering.
Yes, when you are self-employed, you have no sick days. The guy in the next cubicle won’t be doing your work for you. You need to stay as healthy as possible, which is exactly why you should avoid that stick in the arm.
The Top Reasons Not to Get a Flu Shot:
1. According to a new study published in the British Medical Journal, flu vaccines are largely ineffective in the populations for which they are most highly recommended. Read Story here: http://www.newstarget.com/020912.html.
2. Getting jabbed five seasons in a row makes you ten times more likely to get Alzheimer’s disease. Read more: http://www.newswithviews.com/Mary/starrett35.htm.
3. Announced “shortages” of flu shots is a ploy to get you to act quickly. This is marketing 101 at its best. (Don’t you think it is strange that there is a shortage of vaccinations year after year?) Our local news announced that there were only about 12,000 doses left in Utah, so we better hurry.
4. The flu vaccine contains mercury – the second most toxic substance known to man. The amount of mercury in flu vaccinations is significantly more than what the EPA would classify as a hazardous waste. Read more here: http://www.naturemoms.com/blog/2007/11/16/flu-shots-helpful-or-dangerous/ Mercury causes brain injury and promotes autoimmunity.
If you are one of the millions of individuals suffering from autoimmune diseases like Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lyme Disease, or MS, you should just say no to mercury. For more information on autoimmune disease, visit http://www.healthydivas.com.
5. Vaccines predispose individuals to cancer and leukemia. Read more: http://www.vaccinationdebate.com/web3.html.
6. If you heard that 32,000 people die from the flu each year, you heard right. However, what you heard was a lie. That number has 2 too many zeros on the end of it. Depending on whom you believe the number is actually between the mid-300’s and 1,250. 7. Would you eat a restaurant where the employees wouldn’t eat the food? Me neither. Read here at http://www.whale.to/v/rapp.html about a former vaccine researcher and manufacturer who thinks vaccinations should be avoided.
8. Your employer won’t pay for it. Of course you can always make your own. Watch the video to learn how.
9. Your employer won’t give you time off to get jabbed.
10. The biggest reason is that germs don’t really make you sick!
“If I could live my life over again, I would devote it to proving that germs seek their natural habitat–diseased tissues–rather than causing disease.”
–Rudolf VirchowWe have all been led to believe that in this big bad world, it is us against disease causing microbes that we can’t even see - Besides washing your hands and becoming immunized, you are pretty much at the mercy of Mother Nature. This simply is not true. The environment inside your body determines what creatures want to share that terrain with you. Germs in and of themselves do not cause disease. They show up in parts of the body, which are already sick – like ants following a trail of popcorn. Only instead of popcorn, the trail is made of acid waste. The Standard Amercian Diet consists of foods that make the body more acidic and less oxygenated. An acidic and nutritionally deficient terrain invites the germs, which easily multiply and destroy the already suffering and diseased cells in that environment.
As soon as there is life there is danger.
-Ralph Waldo EmersonIn the throat of a “healthy person” reside various forms of strep bacteria, yeasts, and the bacteria that causes staph infections. In addition to that, every hour, we breathe in an average of 14,000 germs and bacteria. If germs initiate disease, how do we make it past our first week of life? The fact is that those 14,000 germs may get their “foot in the door”, but they can’t do damage in an alkaline and oxygenated terrain. (http://tuberose.com/Germ_Theory.html)
Viruses infect cells by fusing with the cell in an acid pH. An acidic environment is necessary for these viruses to take hold in the body. (http://www.meridianinstitute.com/ceu/ceu21ph.html)
There you have it folks. We eat ourselves sick!
